Common setup issues with activation, Google connections, profile details and support routing.

Activation key issues

If AYSA asks for an activation key, open the client area, select the website and copy the key for the current domain.

Google connection issues

If Google Search Console, Analytics or Business Profile are not connected yet, AYSA can continue with available website data and request the missing connection later.

Profile details are incomplete

Reply in plain language. The agent can save details such as address, support email, business goals, tone and service area from the conversation.
